| With 30 years of experience in development of commercial projects, Mr. Adams brings a wealth of knowledge to his position as Vice President Land Group. Offering expert advice to land-owners as well as developers and investors, he is highly effective in identifying and evaluating highest and best use as well as envisioning the end product. Having entitled countless projects, he has an in-depth understanding of the technical, political as well as the financial intricacies of a successful project. As a licensed architect, Mr. Adams is uniquely equipped to assess land for development as well as repositioning of existing properties. Prior to joining SDA, he was a Senior Development Director at DDR Corp, a publically traded REIT where he was responsible for all aspects of developing shopping centers. Prior to his engagement with DDR, Mr. Adams was the Executive Vice president at Transcan Development responsible for all phases of development in mixed-use, residential, office and retail properties. Before joining Transcan, he was the Founder and CEO of design firm Designers Collective Incorporated which he sold at peak performance to explore new opportunities. Mr. Adams holds a B.S. in Architecture from The University of Southern California. |
