| Mrs. Sarkisian is a result oriented dealmaker with superb follow up and attention to detail. With over 20 years of combined experience in deal-making, store planning and design, she has been intimately involved in sourcing and tenanting of over six million square feet of retail space. Her knowledge and understanding of tenant profile and requirements combined with her practical approach to guest experience and expectation contribute greatly to her success in securing suitable tenants. Mrs. Sarkisian provides valuable guidance in early stages of site planning and conceptualizing when engaged in ground-up development or redevelopment. Prior to co-founding SDA, she worked in partnership with Mr. Rostamian at CB Richard Ellis and was integrally involved in marketing and leasing of substantial retail projects. Mrs. Sarkisian continues to play a key role in facilitating successful store development programs for Target and JCPenney in several Counties throughout Southern California. She is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with emphasis in Store Planning and Design. |
